Saturday, October 20th & Sunday, October 21, 2001(14 this date only). I think what is happening is people are asking for rooms starting on Thursday the 18th and
these rooms are gone. Sorry. The main days are Friday the 19th and Saturday the 20th.

Friday night we will have live music with a cash bar for beer & wine only. Saturday we are having a Hawaiian Feast followed by a dance. Cost will be $30.00 per
person, which includes tax & gratuity. Everyone staying at the Resort will have a continental breakfast available. Registration fee same as always. $20.00 per
single-$35.00 per couple. Make your checks payable to and send to: Stingaree Jamboree, C/O Richard Grier, 1907 Low Gap Rd., Lakemont, GA 30552. We will
have souvenir's available in our hospitality room. If you are interested in sweat shirts, please order these directly from Virginia Pauline, 566 Highway 75 South,

There will be plenty to do this weekend!! Blairsville, GA just down the road is having their annual Sorgum Festival, which includes a good neighbors car show, one
of the biggest in the country. Hiawassee is also having several festivals in addition to Country music shows. Helen, GA will be open this year with a new facility
which will be called "Remember When", which will be starting acts like they have in Pigeon Forge. First opening act is the Elvis impersonator and the Big Bopper,
as examples. You can also visit the John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, NC, and of course our host resort has boating, fishing & lake cruise at your door.
See you soon.

do and see.
More details later in our mailing.
"Jamboree" is defined as a noisy gathering, and that is what we are
planning to do. Although, time has brought changes in our individual
lives, the fact is you have been and always will be a special part of our lives.
We want to see you and share some time with you again. With that in mind, our
committee has met to plan a special "Jamboree", but it will not be complete unless
you come.
More details and our plans to follow in our mailing.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
If you are not on the mailing list, email Virginia at stingarees@mail.com to be added.
